Kaitlyn Mala is a sophomore in The Serpent's Tale newspaper at South Miami Senior High. She has been in the Magnet Photography program since her freshmen year and plans to continue the program until she graduates and is also a member of the National Arts Honors Society. This is her first year in The Serpent’s Tale as a member of the staff. Her future goals throughout her high school career are to become a well-rounded student and join a variety of clubs in order to meet new people, make new friends, and learn new things. She enjoys taking photographs, painting, video games, and baking. She has a cat named Lucy and is always striving to spend time or talk with friends.
