Jasmine Fernandez, Lead
Jasmine Fernandez is a senior at South Miami Senior High and has been in the Cambridge program at my school for almost three years now. She is extremely grateful for the opportunities it's given her; it has helped her with her goals throughout her academic journey but especially the ones she has this year because she can earn an amazing scholarship to some of the colleges she wants to attend in Florida! Likewise, this is her first year as a newspaper writer, and works mainly in the interactive and news department, but she will venture out to new departments if needed or offered because she loves stepping out of her comfort zone. Some other club/ school activities that she is a part of are chorus, best buddies, Interact, Key Club, and all the honors societies except for the Tri-M Music honors society but that’s on her list for clubs to join this year! Jasmine also enjoys singing, yoga, reading, and hanging out with her friends on the weekends, especially at the beach!
