The Serpent's Tale

Angelina Rubalcava

Angelina Rubalcava, Design Editor

Angelina Rubalcava is a senior in the Magnet Illustration and Cambridge programs at South Miami Senior High School. Aside from the two programs she is involved with, she is also Vice President of the Beautification club and a member of National Honor Society. This is her third year in The Serpent’s Tale, previously as a staff designer, Junior Editor and now Design Editor. She was part of the staff the second year after the newspaper made a comeback to South Miami Senior High and has now witnessed its transition from paper to online. Angelina hopes to make this year's student news site an interactive place for all students to enjoy with all the new features online publication entails. She expresses a strong passion for art and design and hopes to take her experience from her years with The Serpent’s Tale to college and beyond, where she will be majoring and working in graphic design. Outside of school, she enjoys entomology, experimenting with different art forms, reading, and baking vegan goods.
